Postmenopausal Endometriosis with Ureteric Involvement.

Abstract
Ureteral endometriosis is a rare clinical condition in postmenopausal women. It should be considered as one of the differential diagnosis in women presenting with lower ureteric mass as it can lead to silent loss of renal function. We present a case of chronically obstructed kidney due to ureteric endometriosis in a post menopausal woman.
