Isolated Trapezius Strain in a Patient with Multiple Sclerosis and Spasticity

Abstract

Trapezius muscle avulsion usually occurs in the setting of high-grade acute acromioclaviular trauma. We describe magnetic resonance imaging of isolated trapezius avulsion injury occuring in a patient with spasticity and multiple sclerosis.
